When these numbers change
HMDA is an annual disclosure. The CFPB publishes each reporting year's snapshot the following year, typically in March or April, and PlainLender currently shows the 2024 snapshot (compiled August 2026). When the next vintage is published, every lender, state, metro and county page here is rebuilt from it, so a shortlist saved today is worth reopening then. We do not know the exact publication date in advance and do not promise one.
Every figure on PlainLender is rendered directly from CFPB HMDA federal source data, no number is typed in by an editor. This page renders only the lenders you saved in this browser; the figures beside them were copied from their lender pages at the time you saved them. See our editorial standards & corrections policy, the methodology behind these numbers, or report a data error. Data current as of August 2026. HMDA figures are lender-filed application outcomes for a published reporting year - not creditworthiness scores, rate quotes, Loan Estimates, underwriting decisions, or mortgage advice.
